点评：Having previously visited Intoku when it was tucked away on Church Street, I was looking forward to trying their new, larger venue at Royal Windsor Station. Unfortunately, what was once a standout spot has clearly lost its charm.
We had booked a table in advance and even made a special request to mark a birthday. The new space was lively but not full, and yet only two servers seemed to be managing the entire floor—clearly overstretched.
It took far too long for our order to be taken, and worse still, one of our guest’s dishes was completely forgotten, arriving a full 45 minutes later. While the food itself was good and kept to Intoku’s usual quality, the service really let the experience down—slow, inattentive, and lacking any personal touch.
Most disappointing of all, despite contacting the restaurant beforehand to arrange something special for dessert as part of the birthday celebration, absolutely nothing was done. No acknowledgement, no effort—just a missed opportunity to make the occasion memorable.
Final Verdict: Still serving quality food, but sadly let down by poor service and a lack of attention to detail. A far cry from the warm, well-run experience I remember from their Church Street days.
