点评:Attended at 2PM on Sunday 02/02 and was the worst service and food I’ve had in Leeds.
Four of us placed orders through the app for a Sunday roast, and 50 minutes later, only two of us had received our food. By the time the two individuals had finished their food, the other two meals had still not arrived, and it had been 1hr 10 minutes since ordering at this point (wasn’t even busy).
We asked where the other meals were, they said there had been a confusion in the kitchen and that they will start cooking them now, meaning they will be a further 10 minutes. We requested and received a refund for the meals and then the other two still didn’t turn up 1hr 30 minutes later. Coming from a hospitality background ourselves, we made a point to say to the servers “Im really sorry about this. I understand it’s not your fault…”
When we went to leave (STILL WITHOUT THE OTHER TWO MEALS) a young, stocky girl with brown hair who was working behind the bar was extremely rude and immature, staring at us when we were leaving and sarcastically shouting bye as we headed out the door😂😂😂
Worst pub in Leeds, worst service in Leeds, overall an absolute sh** hole and waste of our time👍🏻👍🏻
