点评：Absolutely gutted to write this to be honest.
We wanted and expected this experience to be worth while but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing.
We were early to our 7pm booking and were first to be seated and first to place our food order.
After a short period of time we realised everyone else’s food order was arriving before ours.
We brought this to the attention of the waitress to find out what was going on?
We got told unfortunately there had been a mix up in the kitchen and the bigger party table had priority over us so we had to wait another 10mins on top of the hour we’d been originally waiting.
So we gave them the benefit of the doubt but after half an hour still no food.
Apparently the kitchen was running behind and could not keep up with the orders?
I asked to speak to the manager but she never showed to the table. I had to get up and go to the bar to tell them to cancel my food order.
I once again asked to speak to the manager, the very polite and apologetic waitress once again went to the kitchen to try and get her out. I could see her hiding in the back flapping and acting very unprofessional.
The waitress returned and said the manager wasn’t coming out to talk to me and there would be no discount on the drinks. For this disastrous experience we travelled over an hour for.
I’m never one to complain or write bad reviews but this could have been so good but unfortunately it was soooo bad.
Gutted for them to be honest. But I’m not surprised it’s poorly run lead by a manager that’s not customer friendly or fit for this job role. Maybe more training for her would benefit this place ?
The singer Liam Price was awesome!! Brilliant entertainer

说实话，我为他们感到难过。但我并不惊讶这家餐厅经营不善，而且由一位对顾客不友好、不适合这份工作的经理领导。也许对她进行更多培训会对这家餐厅有好处？
