点评：I visited Veggie Masters on the 15th April and was deeply disappointed with the overall atmosphere and how a serious situation was handled.
During my meal, a male customer nearby began playing loud music on his phone. After waiting a short while to see if he would turn it down, I politely requested that he lower the volume. In response, he and another individual—who I understand was affiliated with Just Eat—began verbally abusing me, using disrespectful and derogatory language that left me feeling vulnerable and targeted.
I immediately approached both the staff and the owner for support, but unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the abusive behavior from these customers continued, even in the presence of staff members, with no intervention or effort made to de-escalate the situation.
This experience not only ruined what should have been a pleasant meal but also made me feel unsafe and unsupported. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements stronger measures to ensure all customers feel respected and protected in their establishment.
