点评：Can I just rave about Eat Vietnam in Stirchley for a second?! This place is an absolute gem and has been my go-to for years. It's one of those amazing independent spots that just gets everything right.
As someone with coeliac disease, eating out can be a real minefield, but the team at Eat Vietnam are just incredible. They're so attentive and knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and I always feel completely safe and looked after. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of delicious GF dishes, which is such a relief.
And the food? It's just consistently phenomenal. Every single dish is packed with flavour. I have to give a special shout-out to their chilli oil roast potatoes – honestly, they're legendary, I dream about them! And if you're lucky enough to catch it on the specials board, the new BBQ Mackerel is absolutely divine. Wash it down with some yuzu lager brewed by local legends Birmingham Brewing Co round the corner. The orange wine is great too.
