点评：We were staying at the the Best Western 16th Century Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel and saw this was a 10 minute walk from here. Never heard of this chain before. We came on a Thursday when they had there special 'Barbecue Blowout' for £19.99 and it included loads, Memphis style baby back ribs, southern fried chicken, BBQ glazed chicken wings, hand pulled pork, BBQ pit beans, and a Hickory's wood smoked pork jalapeño & cheese sausage, plus skin-on fries and slaw. AND wow, come hungry! Such great value. I must admit, I don't normally like meat on bones, so normally would not have ribs, however, these were my favourite, really delicious, tender and no fat. The only thing we didn't really like was the smoked pork jalapeño & cheese sausage, would have been better without the cheese. We had the deserts, the frozen custard with butter scotch sauce, honeycombe and fudge bits was to die for. Would definitely come back again if in the area, or see one near to wherever we are staying.
