Nice hotel, great location and service, but very small room and small window and no lift

点评：It is really a nice and beautiful hotel with great location, walking distance to almost everywhere in the town. Staff is also very nice. Service is much better than York Indigo where I just stayed 2 days.
But I will never book any standard queen room in this hotel if come to the town again. Before booked on IHG’s app, I checked the room’s pics on it’s official site and Booking app as well. It says the standard queen room is 19sqm. And official pic shows this type of room has big windows. But the fact was, this so-called 19sqm room is much smaller than the 13sqm room I booked at Paris, or Osaka. The room is so squeezed, and window like only has “half”. Even for a woman like me no higher than 160, I will have to bow down so that I can look through the window. Had I known this room is smaller than 13sqm and also with a depressed window, and no lift, I would choose to book a higher level larger room.
It’s my fault that when we checked in, didn’t check the room carefully, because we were in a hurry to put the luggage down, and visit Shakespeare Place before it closed. As I am kind of Claustrophobia, hardly slept at the night.
不知道为什么，猫途鹰软件不接受我打的英文评论，必须要打上50个汉字才可以发表？简而言之，酒店的位置、大堂的装修、以及服务，都是不错的。但是不建议订标准间，太小了，没有官方所说的19平米那么大，也没有电梯，房间非常憋屈，淋雨间转身都困难，窗户只有下面半截，就连个子不高的我都需要弯腰才能看出窗外。
