Kaltur Restaurant的点评
点评：What an incredible experience! I wasn’t hungry when I went to the restaurant, but I wanted to catch up with a friend, and we chose Kaltur because we’ve had a lovely experience there before.
Louisa has been a breath of fresh air. She took her time explaining the menu, and one of the evening highlights was that I finally got three slices of lime with my coke.
I find that many restaurants forget that I asked for lemon/lime, but Louisa paid attention and offered more ice if needed.
The food was delicious, the temperature was perfect, and you could tell the ingredients were nice and fresh.
I’d go back for the experience and excellent service, as I’ve always preferred service over taste, but luckily, Kaltur offered both.
My friend wanted runny eggs for the tortilla, so Louisa took the initiative to speak to the chef and made sure we got one that was suitable for what we asked for.
