Some of the young serving staff were absolutely lovely but the owner and management are appalling
After booking a work lunch and sending a pre order email to make things easier, we arrived to be told there was nothing on the system except a takeaway which was ready, they didnt offer to fix anything just strugged shoulders. Eventually after asking again if there was anywhere we could sit to eat we were then seated (10) around a table for 6 again persevered with the situation as we wouldn't be long. Waiting staff lovely taking drink orders and ensuring we had enough cutlery ect but we then had to ask how long the food that they claimed was ready was going to take!
Once it arrived the main portions on the plate were cold but the starters of satay chicken and spring rolls were piping hot. There weren't many noodles in my pad thai compared to others I seemed to have a plate of mainly beansprouts and chicken.
When we went to pay however we found a service charge added to the tip! One of our party enquired and was met by a rude owner! Who completely seemed to blame us for the reason there was no booking with a patronising tone.
Word of warning don't book if your coming with a larger party, just incase your booking goes missing
