英国特伦特河畔斯托克希尔顿逸林酒店的点评
点评：I stayed at this hotel last night with two important clients, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of embarrassing. As someone who regularly travels for business, I expect a minimum standard of service, especially when entertaining guests – this hotel failed on multiple fronts.
The service was shockingly disorganized. Our meals were served 15 minutes apart, leaving some of us either waiting awkwardly or eating cold food so we could dine together. For a professional setting, this was unacceptable and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the bar had run out of several standard items, including beer, red wine, and even whisky. It’s hard to understand how a hotel runs out of such basic offerings, especially on a weeknight with no visible large event.
The situation reached a new low when a member of the public, seeing how long we’d been waiting for drinks, offered to place an order on our behalf. At that point, our food had already been sitting on the table for 15 minutes. This kind of service breakdown not only reflects poorly on the establishment but put me in a difficult and unprofessional position in front of my clients.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for business stays, social events, or even casual dining. There are far better options!
