Burger King的点评
点评：I ordered my burger for my wife from Burger King via Deliveroo at 9:55pm with their stated closing time as 10:00pm. I had assumed that this was when they stopped taking orders as with every other restaurant I've ordered from. They accepted the order, but once the driver went to pick it up they told the driver that they had cancelled the order and weren't giving the driver anything (They didn't cancel the order on Deliveroo, driver just as frustrated as me). I didn't know this until the driver themselves called me to let me know after he turned up at the restaurant, only to be turned away.
No communication from the restaurant and accepting the order only to then change their minds without communicating it back.
They've also repeatedly not sent sauces that we purchased, and one time sent my wife a beef patty despite ordering a vegan patty.
Burger King aren't what they once were. Honestly go for another burger place instead - fresh grilled burgers taste better, cost about the same, about the same delivery time and in my experience have less mistakes.
