点评：The venue knew that we had chosen this venue to celebrate a 60th birthday celebration, as my son and his partner had been to the venue earlier that day to trim up the table. The food was nice when it finally arrived. It took over 45 minutes from placing our order to bringing the first meal to the table. Unfortunately they forgot the starters. When I enquired about the starters they said that they would look into it. The starters were then brought to the table and just placed beside our mains without apology, just an excuse that there'd been a mix up in the kitchen l. My starter was cold but my main was piping hot, so clearly had just been forgotten. We ordered drinks that we had to go to the bar to find out where they were. The service was abysmal and the whole experience ruined what should have been a special occasion for me and my family. Absolutely gutted would be an understatement. When I went to pay, the staff acknowledged that the service was not what it should've been an knocked some items off our order. This was too little to late in my opinion. If you want good service don't go!
