点评：We visited Sun 7th Sept, party of 7, at 5.30 for my Grandson's 6th birthday. Queued for 10 mins to get whilst staffed dealt with takeaway drivers. Shown to table (sticky) & waiter came to take drinks order. Told no draft beer & cocktails pre made. Took our food order about 5.20. At 6.15 still no starters. Chased this & advised cannot say how long but will prioritise. Finally arrived at 6.20. Poor presentation & looked like been on hot plate for ages! No cutlery as being washed. Ordered more drinks but told run out of glasses! The 2 little ones were starving by now, as only Ordered mains so asked if their hot dogs could be brought out - was told no. The waiter was doing his best, but not overly concerned. There was a constant steam of delivery drivers who were complaing to the frazzled chef about their wait, but they were still taking priority over the customers in the restaurant! We kept asking about our mains, but nothing. At 7pm, with a crying little boy cos he was hungry, we got up & left. No structured management whatsoever. The delivery apps should have been closed much earlier. Will not be going back.
