点评：Visited for an evening meal with a friend for an overdue catch up. Iv never been to Grappa before, the restaurant is big with a large seating capacity however I’m not quite sure of its identity. There was a lovely greeting when we arrived and were given a choice of tables to choose from.
Service was a little slow, it took our drinks a while to arrive but we didn’t mind as we were chatting away. Good choice of items to choose from on the menu and some GF items available which is good to see in Italian cuisine. Food service was generally slow, admittedly we did take a while ordering but our server ( a lady didn’t catch her name) she was fab and very patient. From being seated to starters arriving on the table it was an hour and 15mins; again not great but we were chatting away so to be honest didn’t really effect our personal experience but had the circumstances been different then it could pose more of an issue.
Can’t complain about the food, both our starters and mains were tasty and I found that portion sizes where quite large (we both ordered a pasta dish); my only niggle would be that my pasta dish was warm not hot.
We were asked if we required another drink once during our meal and we didn’t seem to be offered a dessert menu. The rose wine was delicious however the cocktail (spicy margarita) was very mediocre.
A gentleman (didn’t catch his name either sadly) came over and asked if required any more drinks. We declined and asked for the bill. The gentleman came back over with the bill and stated that if we were to write a 5* trip advisor review there and then we would each recieve a free shot each of either lemon cello or mini Guinness. We politely declined. Which leads me to wonder how genuine all of the 5* reviews are…..

用餐期间，餐厅问我们是否需要再来点饮料，但似乎没有提供甜点菜单。玫瑰红酒很美味，但鸡尾酒（辣味玛格丽塔）却很平庸。
一位先生（可惜我也没记住他的名字）过来问我们是否需要再来点饮料。我们谢绝了，然后要了账单。这位先生拿着账单回来，说如果我们当场写一篇五星猫途鹰评论，每人将免费获得一杯柠檬塞洛或迷你吉尼斯黑啤。我们礼貌地拒绝了。这让我不禁怀疑，这些五星评论到底有多真实……
