Good prices and a great experience with certain staff.

点评：I have a very mixed feeling of this place, some of the staff are really talkative and friendly, some seem to hate their job. I have spent a good bit of money in this place and have introduced several friends to visit and we now use the establishment as a place to meet up and open pokemon.
One lady has seemingly taken a dislike to me, and maybe it’s just how she is but it’s not a nice experience, she’s very abrupt with her answers and the service isn’t great. One time I asked about an item being in stock and she said no, I asked another member of staff and they went and got me said item. Also another time she told me that the Alien beers were not for sale, when well.. they are, I have had many since then. I haven’t done anything but spend money in that store to warrant such treatment, so I’m unsure on why she is like this.
The prices for Pokemon products are good compared to other shops, the beer is good, and some of the staff are extremely knowledgeable on the huge collection of board games they have.
I will still visit, but definitely less so if I can see said employee is working. I have also seen others mention having the same experience.
