although my daughter enjoyed the experience, I didn't enjoy interacting with the manager.

点评：Although the place is very appealing, my experience with the manager wasn't the best. I arrived smiling and ready to purchase my daughter's ticket. I was received by a non-frindly Manager saying that I had to book online only. I was surprised because there was a paying station just at my front. I went a side and start the process. Initially, the app was not picking my credit card details because I was on my phone and did not have the cards with me. Asked the manager if I could pay with my mobile phone, I was told that either I complete the process or my daughter would not get in. My daughter was getting stressed with the situation which is not desirable when on Hollidays. Eventually I was able to complete the process and get the online ticket. After completing the process I requested to speak to the manager and he told me that he was the manager. I told him that it was totally unacceptable to create all this trouble when a payment station was available. I was told that it was up to him to decide how he wanted the payment and that we would not be able to access the facilities if I could not complete the online payment. Moreover, I asked why. He answered that we had to sign the T&C online and I told him that he could have it in paper and/or on tablet for me to sign. When I thought that the incident was over. I was surprised to see that not a single member of staff showed up when the fire alarm went on.
