点评：Disappointing from the get go, the venue was very uninviting, cold and drab, and in need of some TLC, unless that is the vibe they were going for. The staff were very friendly and helpful when you could locate them, which seemed very hit and miss whilst we were there for the duration of the party. Although the table was set up on arrival with cutlery, we then had to track a staff member down again in order to get drinks for the children at meal time. I personally wouldn't bother with the party park and provide your own, for the £2.50 charge you can do much better, unless you want the convenience. We also had two no shows due to covid isolation, which wasn't apparent until the day of the party, at no point did the venue offer a refund, which would have been a nice gesture under the circumstances. Overall an expensive let down.
