点评:We have been to this and other Harvesters many times before and one of the main appeals is the unlimited salad with the meal. When we took family members to the Wilford, Nottingham pub for lunch 2 weeks ago we were naturally disappointed that the salad wasn't available due to technical issues. We felt even more let down when we were told that there would be no change to the price. We were told that the salad is "complimentary" so we arent charged for it. This is not how we see it. It is priced at £6.49 and is included as very much part of the meal. Without it the meal was barely adequate, the food was not good and poor value for money - rather expensive, in fact, for a very average pub lunch. We stayed anyway, as we felt we didn't have much choice as we had travelled some distance with the family, but filled out an online feedback form when we got home. That was 2 weeks ago and the response from Harvester? Absolutely none! Not even an acknowledgement, never mind an apology. This says to me that either they do not read the feedback, or they do not care. Either way their customer care is awful, and with such good local competition we shall go elsewhere and have done already.
