Kicked things off with Gordal olives & pickled chilli — the perfect nibble to start. Then came a lineup of small plates that packed huge flavour…
🥓 Pork tocino with charred pineapple jeow som & cashews — sweet, salty, nutty, 🔥 this dish hit every taste bud.
🧀 Crispy mozzarella with smoky ketchup & pickled cherry tomatoes — honestly, just watch the video… cheesy madness 😍
🥬 Roasted beets — not usually our go-to but wow, so impressed.
🍔 Ex-dairy cheeseburger with bone marrow sauce, gherkins & onions on a milk bun — ridiculously juicy, rich, and basically perfect. 10/10 burger vibes.
🥕 Woodfired carrots with charcoal chilli emulsion, chermoula & toasted seeds — presentation on point and tasted even better!
🥩 10oz dry-aged picanha steak with chimichurri — first time trying this cut, kinda between rump & sirloin. Yummy with a capital Y.
🍮 Dessert time:
• Far Breton with PX raisins — not really my kind of dessert, but if you’re into that sort of thing, you’ll probably love it.
• Salted caramel crémeux — my kind of sweet! Rich, salty, silky. Unreal 👌
