点评：Took dad for a birthday dinner. Decided to try chilli village as they offer an ‘exotic sharing board’. The novelty drew us in.
The board was good in size. 5 different meats and a chunk of each per person. Chips on the side were nice and the sweet chilli dip was good.
The salad on the side was massive - far too much. Unfortunately the salad had lots of olives and quite a bit of olive oil. Two of our party couldn’t eat any salad as the whole lot tasted like olives.
There were no sides on the menu either to order. The starters were okay - again mounds of salad. The pate served was three massive slabs (not complaining about that) but the bread to go with it had to be chased and only two/three small pieces which were smaller than the slabs of pate. Ended up with lots of pate left and hate to see waste!
Whilst the board (save the salad) was good, we went for the novelty factor so probably won’t be back soon.
