点评：If you like Karen’s Dinner in London you will love this restaurant. The staff were equally as rude.
We were told over the phone that 19:00 wasn’t available but there was a table at 18:45. We were slightly puzzled by this when we arrived as the restaurant was empty.
We ordered a cocktail that was £12 and was served in a Prosecco glass and after glancing at the menu in ordering our dinner we were surprised to see the same drink for £8 at brunch.
We queried this and were told it was served in a smaller glass. How much smaller can a glass get especially when paying £12
Instead of accepting the disaffection in the menu list they carried on arguing with us and we felt so awkward we had to leave the restaurant.
They lost out in us spending another £100+ for the sake of £4 , very poor customer service and management.
We were very lucky that the restaurant opposite provided great service and great food. Looking back we got very lucky that this happened on arrival and we ended up having a great night. 😊
