Six By Nico Canary Wharf的点评
点评：It was our first time back at Canary Wharf, due to the fact my husband broke his arm in October, and we hadn't been for a while. Prior to this we had been regulars to the restaurant, at every change of menu.
The Italian Road Trip experience was delicious, from the first course to the 6th course. However, as we paid full price it seemed a little expensive, just with a couple of extras and a cocktail it was just short of £180. for the two of us.
The staff were attentive and friendly.
We normally manage to park in a Blue Badge Space and once previously we had been late, as we had parked in the car park. When we told the Manager this she said we can validate your car parking for you. On this return visit we had to use the car park and therefore we asked for our parking to be validated. We had to wait almost 10 minutes as apparently it takes a while, so we waited only to find on leaving the car park we had to pay the full amount. I contacted Six By Nico and they advised that I needed to contact the Canary Wharf Car Park, as they had validated it correctly. I just thought it a bit petty that I was seeking £6.80 refund and I had spent £180 but I had to go to the Car Park.
I contacted the Car Park and it turned out that Six By Nico can only validate on weekends and Bank Holidays, so I had been charged correctly. However, clearly Six By Nico don't know what they are doing, as we always go on Fridays and they had been offering to validate previously.
I doubt we will be back, there are lots of restaurants to choose from in Canary Wharf, we had always stuck with this one, but they have been petty and lacking knowledge, so it doesn't bode well.
