Beautiful surroundings but horrendous service totally ruined the experience

点评：We booked a table for food and drinks in Palm Court for my birthday. On arrival we were told someone had sat at our table so we would seated elsewhere. I don't understand why she the table was reserved they couldn't move the other people or have a reserved sign so people know not to sit there. We were seated but it was not a proper table to have food. There were no serving staff so my husband went to the bar but couldn't order food so I had to go and find someone this was over 30 minutes after being seated. When the food order was taken, it was quite quick but then no cutlery was provided so I had to go and find someone again. They also got the drinks order wrong. We had planned on staying at Palm Court for a few hours but due to the non existent service we left. It was such a shame as the surroundings are beautiful and the food and drinks really good but the service is just not up to scratch, especially considering the prices. They need provide more training to the staff, some were wandering around as if they didn't know what to do and the staff were the same on the bar. The lack of service really did spoil the night and we will not be going back or recommending to family and friends.
