Beautiful pub.
The Philharmonic Dining Rooms的点评
点评：The Philharmonic Pub is a pub I always look forward to visiting on any trip to Liverpool City Centre I take, its one of the most beautiful pubs not just in Liverpool but in the United Kingdom, its a Grade I listed building actually one of only a handful of such pub buildings in the United Kingdom.
I love the look of his pub ,interior is superb, a great looking island style serving bar dominates the main room, multi roomed,pubby decor and furnishings, the two snug rooms called Brahms & Liszt are great to view and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and beautiful Hope Street.
We were here on a Thursday evening, pub was busy with a great atmosphere, a quick study of their real ale's we both opted to have pale ale's from Adnams Brewery, these were served in excellent condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub.
My pale ale was really good, crisp, well balanced, well crafted, hints of toffee, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a smooth finish, a classic British pale ale served in a classic British pub, its hardly surprising that this pub is so popular with beers served in this good a condition.
We both really enjoyed our pale ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Philharmonic Pub we had a great time.
The Philharmonic Pub is a pub easy to locate along Hope Street.
Opening hours are;
Monday to Sunday, open from 11am.
Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
