点评：Very regrettable experience. Ordered a sharing cut of meat (2.6kg T-Bone) for £160 - showcased by the waiter and looked great, what arrived however was clearly not the same cut or indeed quality of meat. When raised with the staff they maintained the food served was that initially brought to the table, but then retrieved the very same piece to ‘show us’ which undermined the suggestion we had just been served the cooked article.
The manager than accosted us for being disrespectful - despite us being nothing but fair and simply asking for an explanation. The manager then removed all of our drinks and barred us from the restaurant because we had challenged the difference between what we ordered and what we ultimately received.
Previous visits have been pleasant and nice food, good customer service and good (individual) steaks - however AVOID sharing steaks at all cost as you will be scammed.
