点评：Wanting to use up a little time before going for an early meal, we popped in for a quick drink to the Black Barrel Rum Bar. Nice little place that just needs a few customers to create an atmosphere which will make it into a great little place. Appreciate the "January blues" and people reigning it in a little after the Festive period. Very helpful staff who advised on rum types held and it was a "no brainer" when we were told they had a Dom Papa (one of our son's favorites). After a chat with the staff we decided to call in after the meal and have a favorite of ours, a "rumspresso". Very nicely presented and a wonderful flavour. Castle Street is not a usual place for us to drink or eat but I can see our habits changing with a return visit this this place on the cards when business gets back up and running.
