点评:First time visiting the spa. I arrived at 8am (staying at the hotel) and was met with a very unpleasant confrontational receptionist. Straight away I was asked “have you booked” no good morning/hello or anything. I was told to complete a form which was slammed down on the desk - when expressed I can’t see very well I was ignored & asked if I had an allergies & told to sign the form. I was told the lockers were to the left & that’s it. I was give no towel, robe or slippers. or shown the facilities. When I did finally get a towel it was thread bear as well they most certainly need replaced. The spa itself was shabby, broken lounges & rips in the furniture. Afterwards I asked again for a fresh towels & the receptionist again came and got one from a locker saying we only normally provide one per guest. I was also asked was I not going to my room to shower? How random! No I replied.
I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I felt really uncomfortable from start to finish! I frequently visit other spas in the city & this is by far the worst! I think I it needs an urgent refurbishment & some major costumer service training. This is no reflection on the hotel. The spa could learn from the staff as they’re great!
