Very very poor communication and never actually got to do this trip

点评：Received a flyer for this which interested us as we always like river/ boat trips.
The flyer stated that the did trips every day until mid October, when they stopped doing Mondays.
We went down on the Monday for the 12.15 trip. At 12.25 I rang and asked only to be told very brusquely that they do not do Mondays and said so quite clearly on their “board”.
I checked the board which was about 20 ft away from where the signage told us to queue and noticed that the part about “in the high season” had been whited out.
We returned on the Tuesday for the 1.30 sailing. Along with around 35 others we waited patiently in the glorious sunshine.
At 1.35 I rang again ( thinking this seems ominously familiar) to be told very brusquely again that they were not sailing that day and that there was a large sign up on their board stating such.
Myself along with the other 35 or so other people could see no sign of this announcement and so everybody melted away disappointed.
I was then informed that it was my fault for not checking the website and that the sign must have blown away.
Absolutely shambolic and a lot of disappointed people.
