点评：Visited today 10/12 and wasted 45 minutes of our time! Arrived at 3:25 for our 3:30 lunch booking and told we had a table in the conservatory and to take a seat in the bar and they would come and get us. We ordered a couple of drinks and waited and waited and waited. People arrived after us appeared to get sorted along with locals sat at the bar! The young lady who greeted us on our arrival and who was very pleasant kept walking past looking busy but it was obvious we had been forgotten. The blonde lady behind the bar came and asked if we had eaten. After letting her know we had not despite booking a 3:30 slot, we thought ‘finally we would get seated’ how wrong were we! No apology, we were still ignored so decided to pay for our drinks and leave! I asked them to cancel the table as we couldn’t wait any longer; the young girl who took the payment apologised, the blonde lady didn’t even look at me… we then left. Disappointing given that there were tables not occupied. Appalling service we will not be returning!
