Had a group meal meal which was pre orderd all different meals.me an my partner both ordered well-done steaks ,one sirloin and T bone unfortunately as I got into the thicker piece the meat become at best medium rare. As I had eaten roughly 65% of the steak I just advised the waitress that the steak was not as requested. I would just like to add the food quality was excellent. In the end I had to approach the manager as I was paying the drinks bill as all the group meals had been orderd and paid for . And mentioned the problem with the steak .Sadly her response was that I should of raised the problem earlier and they would of re cooked it. So basically I would be waiting for them do it while everyone else were happily tucking into there meals . The food was pre order I had a soup starter and they could still not manage to cook my food as requested. All I would of been requesting is the curtesy of a apology,instead of saying it was my fault for not sending it back
