点评：I visited Backlot Diner with my son tonight and had a mostly enjoyable experience.
I ordered the Chicken and Bacon Caesar Salad, and he had the Buttermilk Chicken Burger with chips. We also shared some garlic doughballs.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was really good, relaxed, clean, and family-friendly. The service was quick, and the food arrived promptly, which is always a bonus.
The food was fresh and tasty, the Caesar dressing was delicious, and the chicken was tender and juicy. However, I was disappointed that my salad was missing both the bacon and croutons it was supposed to come with. Instead, it included onions and tomatoes, which weren’t listed on the menu. I dislike tomatoes, so this was a bit annoying. Luckily, they were chopped small, so I was still able to enjoy most of it.
My son enjoyed his burger, and the portions were generous. The doughballs were a little too hard for our liking and would’ve been better if they were softer. While the food prices were reasonable, I did find the drink prices quite high.
Overall, a good experience with fresh food and great service, I’d come back again, but I’d double-check the menu details next time.
