点评:First time visiting Bert’s Pasta Shocking from start to finish wish we never bothered. Website stated they had an offer on 2 courses for £12 this was not the case. We were then told this offer has never been on even though it was still on the website.
Customer service skills were 0% we ordered a child portion of pasta and when the bill came I questioned the price as it was the same as a full size portion. The response was we don’t reduce the cost we just reduce the size of portion. As you can imagine I was not happy with this response and questioned it, the waitress then said she would speak to the manager. Few minutes later a new bill was thrown on the table no word spoken but a reduction of £6.95. Not even I’m sorry I made a mistake.
I did raise my concerns to Bert’s via email and they responded sorry you had a bad visit and they will speak to the waitress.
As you can tell my visit was not good and will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone.
