点评：I booked a last minute massage at 5.10 pm
The masseuse welcomed with a grumpy face not a smile in sight
Following on whilst the massage was ok , after it finished I was shunted out of the room with a glass of water , with no option to relax after this
I have been to several spas in Tunbridge wells , london and other countries , following on from a massage I have always been offered a relaxation option for sometime , as the body needs to relax after the procedure
On expressing my concerns I was allowed to stay in and later a colllegueboffered me peppermint tea
I was very disappointed with this experience and I now regret having bought gift vouchers for spas for friends and colleagues
The masseuse probably needs to review her communication and post massage skills
And it would also be nice if people attending massages that are not part of the package are offered time to relax with a drink and not shunted ourt
Alternatively if these facilities are not available online booking must not be provided
I’m really disappointed as the hotel itself is nice
