Tunbridge Wells Garden Centre的点评
点评：Visited today (27th Oct) as a family of 4 for a short coffee break between 2.30-3pm.
The restaurant was not busy and we did not have to queue.
The lady serving at the restaurant was incredibly rude from the start of our service to the end. I’m unsure why as we didn’t have any special requests or a difficult order - perhaps she had been having a bad day?
The coffee was okay and the kids hot chocolates were nice. The tea was practically thrown at my partner by cafe staff.
We didn’t spend long in the cafe and I assume that it wasn’t busy due to customer service. Again on leaving the store, staff at the tills didn’t say bye despite not being busy and I heard another member of staff shouting at a male who wasn’t sure where the exit was.
I would avoid this place and head to Notcutts instead - it’s only 10 minutes away and our visit there the previous day was far more enjoyable.
