点评：I would like to raise a formal complaint about your taxi service. My son, Jordan Price, had previously used your taxi service daily to take him from his home address to his Special Needs School in Maidstone.
Today was the first day back at school after the summer holidays, and Jordan was all prepared to be collected for school but the taxi never turned up.
On calling the office to find out when the taxi would be arriving, I was then informed that you never had any intentions in coming to collect Jordan and would be refusing to take him to school going forward due to his special needs.
I had not been informed of this and you have had over 6 weeks during the Summer holidays to make contact with me to inform me that you would be withdrawing your taxi services for my son.
I am fuming as now my 9 year old son can’t get to his special needs school in Maidstone as we live in the TN2 area and I do not drive. He was reliant on this service to allow him to have his education, and now due to your inept company he cannot get to school.
If you had done the professional thing and informed me well in advance of the school term starting, I could have had a chance to organise alternative arrangements.
However as you have just decided not to turn up, Jordan is now all out of routine which effects his behaviour and mental state.
I can assure that this won’t be dropped and further actions and investigations will be taken place against the company and the driver, as your driver wouldn’t refer to Jordan by his name, but just called him “Some Lad.”
I would request a response ASAP on why you have taken away this service and why you didn’t inform me. If one isn’t received I will take this further and escalate the maters until a response is received.
