点评：We used to visit here and found it a great venue with tasty food choices. However visited a couple of weeks ago with friends and the food was very delayed and of poor quality. The chicken wings were off the menu which was a real treat before so decided to visit again today.. Chicken wings back on but after waiting an hour for our food and asking twice on how long and given numerous excuses, only two fryers, kitchen not big enough to cope, short of staff etc the food finally arrived, however uncooked..a kilo of wings to share not safe to eat.
So unfortunately we decided to get a refund and leave. Such a shame as the location is beautiful.
When asked on the delay was told nothing I can do about it which I felt was very poor customer service.
Apparently the staff are used to complaints and the franchise is due to change soon so maybe they have just given up. 😔

翻译：我们以前常来这里，觉得这里的食物很棒，选择也很多。然而几周前和朋友来过一次，发现食物上得非常晚，质量也很差。之前菜单上的鸡翅现在没了，这可是之前的一大惊喜，所以今天决定再来一次。后来鸡翅又上来了，但我们等了一个小时才上菜，期间问了两次还要等多久，还找了好几个借口，比如只有两个炸锅、厨房不够大、人手不够等等，菜终于上来了，但还没煮熟……一公斤鸡翅分着吃肯定不安全。
所以很遗憾，我们决定退款离开。这里环境优美，真是太可惜了。
当我问到上菜延迟的原因时，他们说我无能为力，我觉得他们的客户服务非常差。
显然，员工们已经习惯了抱怨，而且这家店很快就要改了，所以他们可能已经放弃了。😔
