点评：Poor experience. We played our yearly birthday society here and it wasnt worth our time or money, we paid £65 for the round and as a quite frequent golfer who plays all over the country I have played £15 18 hole golf courses in similar condition, finishing off our drinks and heading out to the car park to get ready for our round we were berated by an irate member who said we were in his eyeline while putting.. while we were in the grounds of the clubhouse, very rude and set a tone for what was to expect of the place. Tee boxes disgraceful condition, under maintained, difficult to get a tee in the ground and about as level as mt Everest. 90% of the fairway rock solid ball springing all over the place when landing on it and it looked like a grass range all over, divots absolutely all over the place, you are very lucky to not have your ball sat in one on the fairway and probably have a better lie in the rough. I must say the greens were in good order and were running nicely and looked well maintained. It is a tricky course with a lot of blind tee shots which I don’t love but wouldn’t put that as a negative and many people might like this, but I didn’t play any holes where I thought wow this is a nice looking hole, Overall my conclusion would be that I would never play here again, the members were rude and don’t get me wrong I understand in most circumstances expecting quiet and respect, but having a go at people for walking in the course car park is a liberty. £65 for the round is obscene at this place, if you want to spend £65 on a round of golf this isn’t the place to do it, charging premium prices for a pitch and putt quality of course maintenance. By the way what £65 a round golf course doesn’t have a half way house?
