点评：We visited for a bottomless brunch as a celebration for our friend, we each spent £40 on a bottomless brunch , we arrived at 2.55 for our 3pm slot, and where seated quite promptly, we didn’t have anyone come over or take our drink order till 3.30, and didn’t receive our first drinks till 3.35. We had a terrible service, waitresses and waiters had to be ushered over many times, we only got 4 cocktails, and when at 5.10pm we tried to order another and where told our bottomless had finished and we where now to pay the bill, this is supposed to be 2 hours, so we expected from when our first drink order was taken, we insisted they got us another drink, which they did do, we we ended up having 5 cocktails, which is absolutely ridiculous and overpriced, they where mainly very small cocktails also so the value for money was rubbish, I have been to slug and lettuce and turtle bay etc many times and always manage a large meal and at least 12 cocktails each in the 2 hours, for less money and much better service. I am extremely disappointed, they then told us we had to move tables as someone else was coming for our table so we where ushered to the bar area, they then bought the bill… and had added a £20 service charge!!!!!! Which was ridiculous as our server was terrible, we only saw her about 5 times during our time there. We did remove the tip as we really didn’t think it was deserved.
The food was good and very quickly served to us, but unfortunately this is the only positive thing about my experience.
I am really really disappointed, and now £80 down between myself and my partner, would not recommend, and would not return unfortunately. It was a shambles of a ‘bottomless’ brunch. Definitely not bottomless. 5 cocktails is just not on. Especially when the cocktails are 2 for £12 normally, we have lost money.
The food was good and very quickly served to us, but unfortunately this is the only positive thing about my experience.
