点评：I used to drink and eat in here regularly, when it was Encore, but I have been in a few times since, so decided to book a table for dinner for my daughter and I.
We got in and advised a man at a counter that we had a reservation and he pointed out our table to us (would have been nicer to be shown, but they were obviously run off their feet with only one other lot of customers in there)!
As we walked to the table, a female staff member aggressively asked us if we were there for food or drinks and seemed cross we were sitting down.
I said we were told to sit here, and another staff member told her we had seen the man at the counter. She then laughed at her colleague as she didn't see any of this, but rather than apologise to us for speaking like that and making us feel very unwelcome, she just ignored the issue.
I asked my daughter if she wanted to stay, and as she said no, so we got up to leave.
The original man said she didn't realise we had been given that table, so I told him that she was very rude and needed to learn customer service skills as she had just lost the business our custom - I have told others today how we were treated, who have told me they will find somewhere else to go in this part of town in future, if this is seen as acceptable customer service. No wonder the place was practically empty!
We went elsewhere for a meal and had a nice evening with great food and friendly, helpful staff providing great customer service.
