Five Guys Burgers and Fries Southampton的点评
点评：Had a fabulous lunch of burgers, chips and milkshake (best milkshakes ever, one pistachio and one reese’s). Everything was delicious. The staff serving were so kind to me (an inexperienced grandmother) and my granddaughter. I was treated with consideration when taking forever to understand the ordering and paying via my Apple Pay having it all explained very kindly. Granddaughter was excited as we had been on our first trip to Southampton (we have moved to the area recently, from Nottinghamshire), for the sales to buy her clothes with Christmas money and have a lunch treat. Unfortunately we did not realise until half an hour after our visit when we were still shopping that we had left a bag of newly bought clothes in the booth. Granddaughter went at a fast pace to see if they were still there and some very kind person had handed them in to the guys serving. They had put the bag in the kitchen for safe keeping awaiting our return. I absolutely cannot thank you all enough as I was very weary having my feet walked off all day and the anxiety of her presents being lost would have caused me serious upset. I have a lot of pain from arthritis and also have heart problems so she made her way back to Five Guys on her own as I slowly followed. You turned what could have been a tragedy into a lovely memorable day. We will return again to thank you all in person.
