点评：Horrendous experience and absolutely disgusted at how we were treated.
The service from the get go was just awful. We had to keep asking to order drinks, at one point we asked for someone to clean the table when I was literally thrown some scrunched up blue roll. The music then started blaring to the point where we couldn’t hear ourselves talk and the people on the table next us had to go and tell the staff to turn it down. We were provided with 1 tiny teacup of water between 4 of us as a finger bowl. We then finally had a staff member come over to take a drinks order but she walked away from the table leaving all our empty starter plates.
We then took the plates up to the bar ourselves at which point I took the opportunity to politely make the staff aware we were not overly happy with service. We were then approached by another member of staff who asked if there was a problem, to which we replied that there was and we were not happy with the service. We were then told that they were busy and that we had been ‘rude’ to the staff member by complaining. We received no apology at all. At this point we asked for the bill as we wanted to leave. The bill came with a bottle of wine and a glass of red wine that we had not had and so we had to ask them to remove this from the bill.
We left and decided to go to a pub along the road and just when we thought the night couldn’t get any worse we were told by security of the pub that ‘due to an incident’ at Seed Restaurant they were not able to let us in. We were absolutely appalled. The staff at Seed had contacted security of other pubs because we had dared to complain about the bad service we had received, which, just to add had not been done in any sort of aggressive manor. We had calmly made our point as paying customers, we paid the bill in full and left by our own choice.
Absolutely disgusting. Will not be going back ever and would strongly urge others to avoid.

我们离开后决定去路边的一家酒吧，就在我们以为今晚不会更糟的时候，酒吧保安却告诉我们，由于Seed餐厅“发生了一起事件”，他们无法让我们入内。我们彻底震惊了。Seed餐厅的员工联系了其他酒吧的保安，因为我们敢于投诉他们糟糕的服务，而且他们的行为也没有任何攻击性。作为付费顾客，我们冷静地表达了我们的观点，全额付了账，自愿离开了。
太恶心了。我再也不会去了，并强烈建议其他人也不要去。
