点评：We were gifted a voucher to stay at The
Durley Dean or should we call it ‘The Dirty Dean’. The voucher was brought for us via Red Letter Days.
When trying to book and use this experience, we were unaware that the voucher could only be used on certain days. When emailing the hotel to try and find preferred dates that worked for us, staff were not very accommodating. Staff also tried telling us that they had no rooms available when we finally got our dates we could do in place, upon checking their website for availability, they had multiple double room’s available! Staff tried telling us that these rooms were for a coach booking and that if we wanted to stay on our preferred dates, we could pay extra for a different room type. But was reluctant to pay extra when we already had a voucher to use and when there was clearly rooms available. When I told the staff that I was dissatisfied and disappointed, they came back to me saying they had a ‘cancellation’ for our chosen dates. So we accepted.
Double room was very small, dated, mould all round the bathroom/ceiling/shower curtain, and the bathroom was the size of a shoebox- only a shoebox would be bigger! Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either. Only pros that we can mention is that the air con is very good and hotel is in a good location in terms of accessing the beach, town and restaurants.
The swimming pool, sauna and steam are okay. We’ve used better leisure facilities elsewhere.
Breakfast is also just okay, had better breakfasts. Clean plates are scolding hot! Provide you with napkins to hold them, but the heat just comes right through!!!
If you’re looking for a hotel to stay in Bournemouth, would not recommend this hotel! I would take a Premier Inn any day over The Durley Dean.

双人间非常小，陈旧，浴室/天花板/浴帘周围到处都是霉菌，浴室只有鞋盒那么大——只有鞋盒才能更大！床也不太舒服。唯一值得一提的是空调效果很好，酒店位置优越，方便前往海滩、城镇和餐厅。
游泳池、桑拿和蒸汽浴室都还不错。我们在其他地方用过更好的休闲设施。
早餐也只能说是一般，吃过更好的早餐。干净的盘子烫得要命！虽然有餐巾纸可以盛盘子，但热气还是会透进来！！！
如果你正在伯恩茅斯寻找酒店，不推荐这家酒店！我宁愿选择普瑞米尔酒店，也不愿选择杜利迪恩酒店。
