点评：Visited this store today and was bitterly upset by the waiting time that we faced. KFC is fast food and this was anything but, in actual fact was quite the opposite. They are missing a simple trick though as the compounding issue was that the staff are so grumpy and lack lustre that you don’t want to be there as it makes the whole experience painful watching the simplest of tasks being completed in the least of dynamic ways to the point you want to leap over the counter and sort it yourself. Can’t complain about the quality of the food but we had to eat exceptionally quickly as we had lost most of our lunchtime waiting.
Every time I visit this store there is a plethora of delivery drivers and it is just infuriating and ruins the experience for those that still choose to venture to the restaurant for their fix of the 11 secret herbs and spices.
Whilst eating my mouth watering burger sat on top of the bin was the remains of a vegan burger box and this was just insulting to the chicken that gave up their life for my burger and quite frankly disrespectful and would like to encourage KFC to remove this menu item as it’s quite simply not the place.
Overall Colonel Sanders would be turning in his grave and disappointed to see what his empire has become in this day and age! Sort your staff out and the rest will follow, a little smile from Kelsey would have gone a long way.
