点评：We arrived for our booking and had to wait in a queue until a member of staff turned up to deal with the customers waiting no apology for keeping any of us waiting . Finally we were seen to she asked if we had booked and then showed us to our table and before we had sat asked what drinks we wanted as we weren’t ready we had to wait until another member of staff asked if we were all ok . We were told we could go up for our food which was a very little bit of neat places on our places whilst cutting a big turkey lots of potato dishes and no cheese taste with the cauliflower or macaroni. The macaroni was cold but we ate our meals my daughter was still eating her last mouthful when a lady came over an said I’ll take your plates which was just her and her partners as my partner an I were still eating which I thought was rude . We had desserts our drinks finally arrived with melted ice for the refillable glasses the chef was spraying around the cooked meat and I didn’t feel anyone asked if all was ok … disappointed as felt we were rushed even though there were lots of empty tables and it was 8pm .. the front of house lady had an attitude and needs to look happy in her job even if she isn’t .,,,,
