Avoid the four sister boat company
St Ives Boat Services的点评
点评：This is an half and half review between the boat captain and the sales/admin staff.
The Admin staff are full of crap. We had a booking for 10am and per the email confirmation we arrived at 9am. At 9:15 still nobody was around so we messages to be told that they “tried” to contact us to say the sailing time had been out back. And the number they had was incorrect. HOWEVER our number was on there booking email and was correct.
The boat captain arrived late, still no body from the four sisters was at the stand to help or guide is what to do. So another salesperson from another stand helpped. Gave us life jackets and when the 16 year girl did arrive could barley engage to help put the life jackets on our children.
We got the boat but was delaid again because two people on the 11:30 got a late message that morning to say they had to get an earlier sailing so had to run and also had issues with the child handerling the health and safety life jackets.
Once on the boat, it was lovely and a good experience while the captain didn't apologise for his lateness he did answer questions about the lighthouse and seals.
When we returned, we went back to return our life jackets still nobody at the stand or even set up. But the same useless girl in the van on her mobile, so we threw the jacks back at her hoping it would wake her up.
I would have to say AVOID you have so many options in St Ives and the people running the “Blue Thunder” rip boats looked so more professional and could read the time.
