点评：This is a long winded review, sorry.
I am bothering to write it as I fed up being taking advantage of.
Table booked for 7pm, met by a lovely young lady who saw us to our table and then proceeded to tell us of all the things that were off the menu, there were no draught beers, no cold Sauvignon blanc!!!
The menus we saw on line was a rouse!! not available.
I ordered from the specials board, pumpkin and spinach burger with asian slaw, and fries. What was special?? frozen tasteless patties on a bun that was not toasted, a lettuce leaf and no condiment, thimble of raw something with a bottle sauce, disappointing to say at the very least.
My husband had a beef and stilton pie, mash potato and vegetables, mash was good😃 pie was OK with the gravy, veg we were told was from the Sunday roast the day before!! all for not wasting food, so please do a soup!!
We ate very little of our meal, I went to find one of the two amazing front of house staff to discuss my disappointment, she was very apologetic, I asked to see the manager, she came back saying she was to busy and offered 25% discount.
We took the discount as we did not want to make the two very young ladies upset.
I looked through the window and it turned out the lady on the other side was the manager who agreed to come out once she had finished her food order.
We waited and Clare came out, I discussed my concerns and was met by all sorts of excuses.
They are minutes walk away from a great holiday park!!

我丈夫点了一份牛肉斯蒂尔顿奶酪派，配土豆泥和蔬菜，土豆泥味道不错😃 派配肉汁还行，蔬菜我们被告知是前一天周日烤肉的！！都是为了不浪费食物，所以请做个汤吧！！
我们只吃了一点点，我去找前台两位很棒的工作人员中的一位，跟她倾诉我的失望，她非常抱歉。我要求见经理，她回来说她太忙了，并给了我们25%的折扣。
我们接受了折扣，因为我们不想让那两位非常年轻的女士不高兴。
我透过窗户往里看，原来坐在另一边的那位女士是经理，她答应在点完餐后过来。
我们等了一会儿，克莱尔出来了，我跟她表达了我的担忧，但她却用各种借口搪塞。
他们离一个很棒的度假公园只有几分钟的步行路程！！
