点评:Ordered via the machine and we were aware that there was a 20 minute wait. After collecting our drinks we found a table and about 15 minutes later an assistant told us that the roasted veg panini was not available. After choosing a cheese and caramelised toastie we waited at least another 20 minutes. The cafe was barely a quarter full.Another customer was also told that the panini was also unavailable. Surely the automated system should update when items are unavailable. Eventually our food arrived, the toastie was awful, the crust was so hard it would have broken my teeth and was actually tasteless. I also did not expect it to arrive in a bag. My partner ordered a bacon bap with an egg ,the bap arrived without the egg (paid extra for this). Luckily there was one available quickly.
Last year was the last time we ate in the cafe and the food was very poor then and our experience today has confirmed that we will not be returning. Come on Morrisons your competitors offer a far superior service than yours.
