点评：Ahh what a disappointing evening. The service at Renmor was extremely poor. Such a shame as we'd been so looking forward for this special birthday celebration meal. Our waiter appeared disgruntled for the whole evening.
I’ve never felt the need to write a negative review on TripAdvisor before, but unfortunately, this experience warranted it.
We had a table booked for 8:15pm. When taking our drinks order, the waiter seemed to lose patience halfway through and walked away before finishing. The rest of us weren’t offered drinks for the entire evening. Our food started arriving around 9:30pm and only half the order came out initially, with no accompaniments. We had to ask staff multiple times for these, and they eventually trickled out about 10 minutes later, by which time the main food had gone cold.
While the food itself was decent (though eaten in stages), the lack of basic customer service really soured the evening. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Friday night, which might have been a red flag. With the recent opening of Ugly Butterfly 2 on the same premises, it seems like Renmor’s service has suffered as a result.
Such a shame—this could have been a great night out, but we left feeling disappointed and let down.
