点评：Lovely, staff were very welcoming, the atmosphere was vibrant even for a morning. we ordered...... No Brown bread !! Eh, say that again "no brown bread". But to their saving grace they did sourdough, ok I will have two white bread and one sourdough toast please, two coffee and one tea please.
Had to add another teabag as the tea was like dishwater.
The White bread toast came and I had to ask them to take it back as it was paler than it was in the bag, I reminded the "waiter" that toast meant it had been "over flame or heat , not just in the vicinity or just passing"; eventually it came back, But then no jam, we had to ask for that "it was'nt on the order" ; but as I looked round, other people were sheepishly eating theirs, obviously wanting to say something but not !! So, two out of three ain't bad as the song goes. Sourdough where ?? two eaten, one still waiting, so I asked "It was'nt on the order". Err I distinctly remember asking as you do not have brown bread. "I did'nt serve you". No, no, no I do not want an excuse and don't blame a staff member when you work together as a team. Just say sorry, can I do it now for you, that's all I ask. I suggested that she forget it, I came back to the table; a few minutes later the manager/ shift manager/ owner ? put a recipt on the table and said I have refunded your food and walked off.
We thanked them as we left.
