点评：I suffer from social anxiety, and my boyfriend decided to order me a takeaway whilst he was away to be nice. He said he had popped my name and number on the file and I waited up until 2 hours until I decided to ring up and just ask what has happened. The man on the phone was instantly rude and just demanded my post code and things before I could finish talking and to be quite frank it terrified me the way he was shouting at me. He said the driver had tried calling me three times and the number was coming up unrecognisable, so I replied with that’s fine because I obviously couldn’t confirm whether the number was put in correctly and he instead starting arguing with me demanding why it was fine. I asked if he could cancel the order and I can’t remember exactly what happened but I did say to him I thought he was being unnecessarily rude to me and he retorted by swearing shamefully at me calling me the rude one in return. I did hang up due to my anxiety and now I’m terrified to ever use their services again. I’d never had a problem with them up until now. Dreadful customer service. After reading all the past reviews as well, something clearly needs to be done. I’ve never been so distraught over a small takeaway before
